About SOULS FIRST™️
Your human body is, without question, a most divinely intelligent and capable creation.
It has an integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular system, nervous system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, and reproductive system. Each of these systems is composed of countless moving parts, all working together to keep your body alive. The very fact that your heart keeps beating is a marvel all on its own.
Within your incredible body, 7 main chakras reside.
Each chakra is an energy centre with a specific location and function. When each of these chakras are open and aligned, ‘prana’, the ultimate pure healing energy, can flow through them. Your body, mind, and spirit can begin working in perfect unity, healing your soul from within.
As a mother, you find yourself in a relentless state of demand.
While your offspring will never stop needing you, these years of raising children are certainly taking their toll. When little, they’re entirely dependent on you for survival. While the months of changing nappies and midnight feeds don’t last forever, it seems as though they’re replaced with something equally or even more challenging. Parents raising teenagers or young adults often long for the early years that they once found so difficult, yet mothers in the thick of toddlers and primary schoolers wonder how life could be any more exhausting.
There is joy, of course, yet most mums eventually find themselves wondering where and how to find it.
Each time we serve, we hand over a piece of ourselves. At first, it doesn’t seem like much, but as time moves forward and we keep giving without repairing, we suddenly see the holes we’ve created and grieve how little of ourselves we have left. We worry about what will happen when our final piece is taken.
Unfortunately, I know what happens when we give the last of ourselves, and I’ve vowed to make sure it doesn’t happen to you.
That’s why Souls First was created.
Using the ancient practices of Usui Reiki and Crystal Healing, I become a channel of healing energy.
Through me, this energy works its way to each of your seven chakras, releasing their blockages and allowing the healing process to occur. When each chakra is open and balanced, your physical systems, mental systems, and spiritual systems can work together in perfect harmony. You begin to feel more energised, more calm, more alert. Peace grows within your heart as the energy weaves its gold through your broken parts.
You reimagine your identity, becoming more sure of who you are and who you want to be. You find your rhythm again and joyously dance to its uplifting beat. Your loved ones notice, simply because your transformation is blatantly making itself known. Your joy is contagious. It spreads. You become your own ray of sunshine, entirely aware that even when your warmth is hidden behind the clouds, it still exists and will radiate again soon.
Find your warmth again.

About Me
“The day before my scheduled caesarean, my mum passed away”.
It was a time where society thought every woman’s dream was to be a stay-at-home mum.
The media portrayed it as joy-filled days spent snuggling new babies and giggling with toddlers. There’d be tears, of course, but nothing us mums couldn’t handle. We’d guide them with a gentle but firm hand, and they’d thank us for it some day. We’d dance around the kitchen together, exploring the glorious tastes and textures of wholesome food. They’d eat hungrily, humbly grateful for the sustenance provided. I’d grow with them, learning the true meaning of love, while growing ever closer to the man I chose.
I feel like I should say that it wasn’t all bad. Any mum can tell you that there are certainly those snuggly-newborn moments and the tickle fights with giggling toddlers. My heart definitely grew and I experienced new and profound feelings of love. I was fortunate enough to not only want to be a stay-at-home mum, but to financially be able to afford to. I was very aware that many women yearned to be home with their babies, but life wasn’t affording them the opportunity. This knowledge made my guilt worse anytime I felt like I was struggling.
